I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to contact@hairmosa.fr and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online orders. If you still wish to receive a refund, we can certainly process the payment, provided the request is made within 14 days of the order date.
